What we collect and why.
Newsletter subscriptions collect your email address, explicit consent, consent wording/version and timestamps. Listing, claim, correction, sponsorship and review forms collect the details you submit so we can assess and respond to the request. A form submission does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
We count sponsor and affiliate redirect clicks in daily totals without IP addresses, cookies, user IDs or referrer identifiers. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The application does not sell subscriber addresses. Service providers may maintain operational logs under their own policies.
Publication and moderation.
Listings are based on public business information. Original reviews may be published with the reviewer’s submitted name, company and project description after evidence checks. The review form asks for that permission. Emails and private moderation notes are not published.
Avoid submitting confidential client data, credentials, health information or other sensitive material. Provide public evidence links or a brief description instead.
Storage and service providers.
Site submissions and consent records use the hosting platform’s Cloudflare D1 database. Public profiles are stored with the website source. Access to administration and export requires an operator credential.
An email-delivery provider has not yet been connected. Subscribing saves your consent and address; no confirmation email is sent by this application. Any later sending integration must preserve consent and unsubscribe handling.
Your choices.
You can unsubscribe using the link included in any future newsletter. You can request correction, access or deletion through the correction form. We retain information only while needed for the stated purpose, abuse prevention and relevant record-keeping.
Browser preferences or essential administrative sign-in state may be stored locally. The public directory does not require an account. We will update this notice if the collection or delivery arrangements change.
